How the Process Works
We aim to make commissioning a custom embossing die as simple as possible.
Step 1 – Send Us Your Artwork
Email us your logo, text, or artwork along with a photograph of the leather item you’d like us to emboss. If possible, include the approximate size you would like the finished design to be.
Step 2 – Digital Proof
Our design team will prepare a digital proof showing the proposed size and positioning of your artwork directly onto your leather item. This allows you to visualise the finished result before production begins.
If any adjustments are required, we’ll make them before moving forward.
Step 3 – Approval
Once you’re completely happy with the artwork, size, and placement, we’ll ask you to approve the proof.
Step 4 – Brass Die Manufacture
Following approval, we machine your custom brass embossing die using precision CNC engraving equipment.
Most custom dies are manufactured within 2 working days.
Step 5 – Embossing Your Products
While your die is being manufactured, you can send your leather or faux leather products to our workshop. Once both the die and your items have arrived, we’ll begin embossing your order using the finish you’ve selected.
