Custom Aluminium Football Boot Presentation Case with Precision Laser Cut Foam Insert

We were commissioned to produce a premium presentation case for the England Football Team, designed to showcase and protect a valuable football boot as part of a prestigious commemorative presentation. The objective was to create a luxury display case that reflected the importance of the item while providing maximum protection during transport and presentation.

The project centred around a high-quality aluminium presentation case fitted with a bespoke laser cut LD29 foam insert. Every insert was individually designed to securely hold both the football boot and a custom England crest, ensuring each component was perfectly positioned for an elegant and professional presentation.

To create the foam insert, we carefully measured the football boot and crest before producing accurate CAD drawings of each item. These drawings were then used to generate precision laser cutting files, allowing the foam cavities to be manufactured with exceptional accuracy. The result is a snug-fitting insert that protects the contents while creating a striking visual presentation when the case is opened.

The England crest was manufactured from laser cut aluminium before being digitally printed with the official England badge, creating a premium feature that complemented the presentation of the boot. The combination of brushed aluminium, precision-cut foam, and custom branding produced a case worthy of a prestigious sporting commission.

Each aluminium case was carefully assembled, inspected, and finished in our workshop to ensure consistent quality throughout the production run. In total, 35 bespoke presentation cases were manufactured and supplied to our client.
