Bespoke Acrylic Awards and Corporate Trophies – Custom UV Printed Acrylic Trophy Manufacturing
We were commissioned by Bridge to Israel to design and manufacture a bespoke range of corporate awards that would reflect the organisation’s identity while delivering a premium, contemporary appearance. The project required the design, prototyping, manufacture, finishing, and packaging of 65 custom acrylic trophies, all completed within a four to five-week production schedule.
Working closely with the client, we developed a unique trophy concept featuring a striking geometric stem mounted onto a substantial high-gloss acrylic base. Every component was designed using precision CAD software before being prepared for laser cutting and UV printing.
The trophy bases were manufactured from 30mm thick gloss black acrylic, providing a solid, premium foundation. The upright stems were precision laser cut from 20mm thick clear acrylic, creating a clean, modern profile that showcased the quality of the material.
To achieve the vibrant red and yellow design, the reverse side of each clear acrylic stem was digitally UV colour printed, allowing the colours to be viewed through the polished acrylic. This reverse-printing technique protects the artwork while creating exceptional depth, colour clarity, and a premium glass-like appearance.
Following laser cutting, every acrylic component underwent an extensive finishing process. All visible edges were diamond polished before receiving a final flame polish, producing crystal-clear, high-gloss edges that resemble precision-cut glass.
The trophy branding was produced separately using laser cut black anodised aluminium plaques. Each plaque was UV colour printed with the Bridge to Israel logo before being carefully mounted to the front of every acrylic base, adding an elegant metallic finish and enhancing the premium presentation.
Once assembled, every award was individually inspected, bubble wrapped for protection, and supplied in its own presentation box to ensure safe delivery to the client.
This project demonstrates our complete in-house capability for designing and manufacturing bespoke acrylic awards, combining CAD design, laser cutting, UV printing, precision polishing, aluminium fabrication, and professional finishing to produce premium trophies for corporate events, business recognition programmes, and prestigious award ceremonies.
