Luxury custom laser cut foam inserts were expertly manufactured for Gordon’s Gin as part of a premium corporate gifting programme. Designed to showcase branded barware in an elegant presentation box, each bespoke foam insert securely houses two personalised gin glasses and a premium stainless steel cocktail shaker, creating an exceptional unboxing experience for corporate clients and VIP recipients.
Using advanced CO₂ laser cutting technology, the foam inserts were precision cut from LD29 closed-cell foam, producing crisp, clean edges and accurately profiled compartments that perfectly fit each item. The custom-designed layout keeps every component securely in place during transport while presenting the contents in a professional, luxury display.
The two gin glasses were personalised using sandblasting, permanently etching the Gordon’s Gin logo onto the base of each glass with a refined frosted finish that is both elegant and durable. The accompanying stainless steel cocktail shaker was customised using fibre laser engraving, creating a permanent, high-contrast Gordon’s Gin logo that complements the premium brushed metal finish.
