1. About Us
Krintech provides laser engraving, laser cutting, embossing, corporate gifting, live event engraving, and custom manufacturing services for individuals and businesses throughout the UK.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information, artwork, spelling, measurements, and specifications are accurate. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
3. Quotations
All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may change if project specifications, quantities, materials, or artwork requirements are amended after a quotation has been issued.
4. Artwork & Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, and design layouts before production begins.
Krintech is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, or design placement.
5. Custom Products
Many of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer.
Due to the bespoke nature of these products, slight variations in colour, engraving depth, material grain, or finish may occur and are considered part of the manufacturing process.
6. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed when your order is placed.
For certain custom or large-volume orders, a deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
Products remain the property of Krintech until payment has been received in full.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only.
While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed.
Customers should inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues.
8. Returns & Refunds
As many products are personalised or custom-made, they cannot normally be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they own or have permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, or designs submitted to Krintech.
By providing artwork, you confirm that its production does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
10. Limitation of Liability
Krintech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order where permitted by law.
11. Website Content
We aim to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, specifications, prices, product images, and availability may change without notice.
12. Privacy
Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
